Institute Biographical Profile:

Blaire was born and raised in London; he was the only son of a wealthy and well respected man.  Blaire was brought up to believe that his father’s wife, Emma Deirde, was his biological mother. And in this illusion of a perfect family he grew and prospered, going to the best schools, having the best tutors, attending social function after social function. For all intensive purposes he was a normal high-class child, born to an elitist family. Until, during his freshman year of High School, the illusion of perfection would finally be rocked.

It was three months into classes when Alexandra Shrota approached him. A strange woman, with eyes that were all white, and the palest of skin. At first Blaire would have nothing to do with this absurd stranger, and her nonsensical talk of his true heritage. It was several weeks later when Alexandra would show up at the families door...demanding what was rightfully hers... Blaire.  Blaire could not believe what he was hearing, some stranger was claiming to be his true mother, while the woman he had always believed to be his mother was standing right there.  He wished beyond all wishes that this was all some clever lie to weasel the family out of money, it had happened before.  But no, his father confirmed the story. Blaire was the result of a brief affair he had with Alexandra...who had been a singer at a London nightclub at that at the time.

A few days later Alexandra found him, and told him the entire story. Of how she and his father were short time lovers, and how he abandoned her and took Blaire with him when he found out her dark secret, she too was a mutant; with the ability to somewhat control people’s minds with different vibrations created by her voice.  She had come to London to take him back...as she left for the states, in hopes of finding a better life, maybe one without the hatred she had found in the country sides of Britain.

Loathing his old family, and confused about these abilities that he now had... Blaire agreed to go with her. With that he moved off to the states, living in a studio apartment in New York City. There Alexandra taught him as best she could to have some degree of control over his powers, at last being able to shut out the floods of emotions he lived happily for a few years. It was then that the Institute approached his mother, and Blaire was offered a spot within it. Alexandra and Blaire readily accepted the offer... and off Blaire went.

A few months ago Alexandra was taken by the Federal Government, and placed in an Internment Camp, it is unknown withier or not she has survived, and all attempts by Blaire to locate her empathic print have failed.

Institute Biological Profile:

Blaire’s powers do not affect physical strength or dexterity; he is of average athletic abilities, excelling in no one area. Being in touch with highly volatile emotions, such as server depression, suicidal thoughts, vengeance, for long periods of times have been shown to have adverse affects on his body, often manifesting themselves in headaches, stomach pain, and sometimes-fainting spells.

Institute Psychological Profile:

Blaire is your run of the mill teenager, outgoing, friendly, always eager to make someone else smile. As a cause of his abilities he is well in touch with the emotions of those around him, as such he often finds himself acting as a sort of advisor to those around him. He carries himself as an intelligent, self respecting, confident young man; this does not mean that he is arrogant, merely in touch with his own emotions, wants and needs. Which is to be expected, how could someone who senses others emotions survive, if he still struggles with his own. At times he can come off a little too strong, when he has convictions for something he makes sure his voice is heard, and will argue a point to death. He may try to help people a little too much, pushing them and pushing them to acknowledge emotions inside themselves with which they may not be ready to deal.
