The world does not accept mutants...
Times have changed. Professor Charles Xavier's dream is in the past - Homo sapiens and Homo sapiens superior are at an impasse. The United States Government sponsors internment camps where humans with Genetic Factor X are held "for their own protection." Held as captives, the mutants are tested on by the Center for Disease Control and brainwashed to be soldiers for the State Department.
Worse? The Federal Government has contracted with the citizen militia group Bystanders to help gather the mutants to internment camps. Unfortunately Bystanders has a different agenda for the mutants.
A small group of mutants, young male students from an institute that was destroyed in a mob's fury, have made it their mission to protect their comrades from the Government and Bystanders. Without their instructors will these untrained mutants make an impact or find themselves over their heads?
The Expounders are advocates, protectors, of mutants who are hunted. Will you join?
