Headquarters
The X-pounder's headquarters are located in Tribeca, a section of Manhattan located on the western shore. Professor Charles Xavier thoughtfully planned for all emergencies.
The headquarters are located in an abandoned alley, the last building. The perimeter of the building is all brick, with a garage out the back that not only stores the civilian vehicles, but also is an exit for the other vehicles specially equipped. There is a modified security system similar to the Institute that is monitored by an automatic computer system. The interior of the building has an elevator and stair access. Voice print identification is required for access to classified areas. There are five floors above ground and four floors below.
Top (Fifth) Floor: Garden, air transportation storage, and launch pad.
Fourth Floor: Six living quarters and three bathrooms. Bathrooms are located in between paired living quarters. Living quarters offer 1 double bed, a desk, and closet space. Bathrooms offer 2 sinks, a toilet, and full shower/bath.
Third Floor: Six living quarters and three bathrooms. Bathrooms are located in between paired living quarters. Living quarters offer 1 double bed, a desk, and closet space. Bathrooms offer 2 sinks, a toilet, and full shower/bath.

Second Floor: Kitchen, dining room, library, and visitor lounges.
Ground (First) Floor: Entry and receiving rooms.
Sub-Level One: Computer core and communications (main meeting rooms for team briefings).
Sub-Level Two: Vehicle storage, equipment storage, labs, and sickbay.
Sub-Level Three: Access to sewer and subway systems, reinforced bunker, interface with computer core and communications. This level is a 1/2 level size and used mainly for emergency exit and protection.
Sub-Level Four: Brig and training (danger) rooms.
